About me
Xinru Yi is a lived experience mental health advocate, researcher, and digital mental health practitioner. He has long been engaged in mental health recovery, lived experience research, and theoretical development. He developed the “Psychological Greenhouse” conceptual framework to better understand the generative mechanisms and meaning structures of psychotic experiences. Since 2005, He has continuously worked in healthcare informatics and digital health, participating in medical system practice and the development of digital mental health platforms. He is committed to transforming individual experience into theoretical frameworks and practical tools, helping shift mental health services from symptom-oriented approaches toward meaning-centered understanding and recovery support. Through participation in the ISPS-US Annual Conference, He hopes to exchange lived experience-based theoretical and practical perspectives with international colleagues, and to explore the interactions among psychotic experiences, social relationships, and recovery processes.
