About me
Sydney Camp, B.S., is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) at Nova Southeastern University. Her clinical and research interests focus on serious mental illness, trauma, and the integration of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches to treatment. She has experience providing psychotherapy in university-based clinical settings and is particularly interested in the assessment and treatment of psychosis.
Her work focuses on developing a deeper understanding of psychological functioning in individuals with complex clinical presentations, particularly those experiencing psychosis. She is interested in how different assessment approaches can contribute to more thoughtful case conceptualization and inform clinical decision-making in treatment.
