About me
Justin Palanci, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Emory University School of Medicine. He serves as Director of Family and Network Engagement in the Clinical and Research Program for Psychosis and staff psychiatrist in the Psychiatric Emergency Services at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta. Dr. Palanci is dedicated to improving care for individuals living with serious mental illness and their families. Drawing on his training in Open Dialogue, he approaches clinical work through a person-centered and network-oriented lens and has led several initiatives to integrate recovery-oriented approaches into mental health services.
