About me
Anuckriti (she/they) is a queer-identifying neurodivergent therapist with more than three years ofexperience. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Psychology and has a post graduate in Social Work specialising in Mental Health from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. In her work, she uses an integrated approach with a focus on relational therapy and works with a queer-affirmative and trauma-informed lens.
In her work and writings she centers her lived experience and focuses on community mental health support, deinstitutionalisation and a focus on health and wellbeing of vulnerable communities. Having worked with non-governmental organisations in the field of LGBTQIA+ support and HIV prevention as well as a counsellor and facilitator in corporate settings, she aims to create safe spaces where people can show up as their authentic selves. She is committed to approaches that emphasize social justice, self-compassion, agency, and relational repair.
