This panel is a continuation of panels presented for the past 4 years that focus on an in-depth discussion of clinical work with an individual diagnosed with psychosis via a detailed reading and discussion of a psychotherapy transcript.  It serves as an extension of discussions that are held in an ongoing basis during our ISPS-US/CCP case conference, although anyone with an interest in clinical work is welcome to attend and join the discussion.  We have found that the discussion that arises from this immersion into a moment "in the consulting room" is often surprising, illuminating, and most of all, inspiring.
